Delivery

Pizza @ Home UK will make every effort to delivery your item ASAP and will be typically 5-7 working days from payment confirmation. From time to time, certain items may run out of stock and may mean slight delays in re-stocking and further delivery. Pizza @ Home UK shall make every effort to notify and keep informed customers that may experience longer than the standard delivery.

If an item becomes discontinued after order receipt, the customer shall be contacted and money refunded.

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items

Pizza @ Home UK will exchange items that are defective or damaged. Once received, items that are determined to be faulty under the warranty conditions provided with each product, shall be replaced with a unit from our warranty stock. Returns Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. For a 30 day maximum period from date of purchase, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

How do I return a package?

Simply attach a label to the outside of your package detailing the address shown below and send the package via Royal Mail. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one.

Please also include a copy of your delivery receipt of Pizza @ Home UK Invoice.

Upon receipt of your undamaged item, the full refund shall be provided.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
