Pre heat deep dish on setting 1. In the mean time add the 4 eggs and cream and salt and pepper into bowl. Mix together. Add tomato, cheese and ham. Stir through with chopped parsley. Once light has turned off, open lid. Lightly grease sides and base of the deep dish. Pour mixture into deep dish. Close the lid and turn thermostat setting to 2.5. Open lid after 4mins and rotate the deep dish around to ensure an evenly cooked omelette. Cook for a few more minutes. Once the omelette has risen and is fluffy, serve onto a plate. |
