I have re-discovered the joys of pizza since I have been trialing the Pizza Chef Benchtop Oven . Not only is it incredibly fast and fabulous, but it produces really crisp crusted pizzas. No more soggy bases! The whole pizza cooks in little more than 5 minutes, yet the heat is so intense it can cook ingredients like raw sliced lamb actually ON the pizza but in such a short time that it doesn't completely annihilate more delicate toppings like rocket. There need not be any time-consuming or fancy preparation, just layer on your choice of toppings and close the lid. My kids have taken charge of it and create any number of different delicious variations. It works equally well with Lebanese bread or wraps as bases.

I am always on the lookout for new and interesting Kitchen accessories so it was no surprise that the Pizza Chef took my eye when I first saw it being demonstrated at the Melbourne Good Food show. For a long time I have been trying to find something that would produce wonderful authentic pizzas with a crisp base the Pizza chef certainly does that it is the next best thing to eating a pizza in Italy. It is a great way for teenagers to produce interesting and healthy pizzas to share with their friends -no wonder that my two teenage boys have forgotten what number to dial for take-away now that are happy to make their own!

Hi Julia,

We received the oven yesterday morning (they deliver on Saturdays here) and put it to great use last night. The man of the house was Very impressed with the bases and that's saying something as he is quite particular about his bases. Even our two year old was able to finish off two slices for a change...usually they are too soggy for her to hold.

My name is Leanne Smith and I purchased The Pizza Chef just yesterday after seeing a demonstration at Inhabit Homewares in Ballarat.

I am just sending this email to tell you how wonderful the product is. My husband absolutely loves pizza and usually we have it one night a week (at least). He would eat it every day if possible! When I tasted the pizza cooked in The Pizza Chef, I found it so much better than takeaway pizza from the shops. The pizza was not oily or greasy as some can be and I know exactly what is on the top and how fresh it is. So, I purchased the oven and took it home last night. We made our own pizzas each and my husband enjoyed the pizza even more than his usual takeaway ones.

I am going to attempt an omelette today. The oven is so easy to use, that I am sure it will be a success congratulations on marketing such a terrific product. I am sure it will sell well, especially when I tell my friends and family how great it is.
